1. Booking and Payment
– A deposit of 10% is required to confirm your booking and it’s non-refundable.
– The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the tour.
– We accept payments via BANK TRANSFER/ CASH.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

– Cancellations made 28 days before the tour start date will receive a 90% refund.

– Cancellations made 21 days before the tour start date will receive a 75% refund.

– Cancellations made 14 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.

– Cancellations made 7 days before the tour start date will receive a 25% refund.

– Cancellations made 4 days before the tour start date will receive a 0% refund.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances; full refunds will be provided in such cases.

3. Changes to Itinerary
– We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
– Any significant changes will be communicated to clients as soon as possible.

4. Client Responsibilities
– Clients must have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, where applicable.
– Clients must comply with local laws and regulations.
– Health and safety precautions must be adhered to during the tour.

5. Liability
– We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour unless it is due to our negligence.
– Clients are advised to have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

6. Health and Safety
– Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation.
– We reserve the right to decline participation if health concerns arise and there will be no refund.

7. Complaints
– Any complaints must be reported to the tour leader immediately so that they can be addressed promptly.
– Unresolved complaints can be submitted in writing within 2 days after the tour.

8. Governing Law
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
– Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
